This page explains how to request deletion of your Bill Tracker Pro account, what data is removed, and how long it takes.
How to Request Account Deletion
To delete your Bill Tracker Pro account and the personal data associated with it, send an email to our support team using the steps below. We do not currently accept deletion requests by phone or postal mail.

Compose an email to support@billtrackerpro.com
Use the same email address that is registered to your Bill Tracker Pro account so we can verify your identity.

Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request — Bill Tracker Pro
This routes your request to the right team and helps us process it quickly.

Include your registered email and a short confirmation
For example: “Please delete my Bill Tracker Pro account and all associated personal data. My registered email is your-email@example.com.”

Reply to our verification email
We will email you back within 2 business days to confirm the request. Once you confirm, we begin the deletion process.
This applies to the “Bill Tracker Pro” app.
Bill Tracker Pro is published by Bill Tracker Pro and is available on Google Play and the App Store. The instructions on this page cover the user account you created inside the Bill Tracker Pro app.
What Will Be Deleted
When your deletion request is processed, we permanently erase all data tied to your Bill Tracker Pro account. This includes:
Account & profile
Name, email, phone number, password, and profile preferences.
Financial data
Linked bank accounts, transactions, bills, budgets, and categories.
App content
Notes, reminders, attachments, custom rules, and notification settings.
Device & usage data
Device identifiers, session tokens, and analytics events linked to your account.
Subscription & billing data
Subscription records and billing history held by Bill Tracker Pro. (Receipts retained by Apple, Google, or Stripe are governed by their own policies.)
Support communications
Past email threads and support tickets associated with your account.
What We Keep
Nothing — your data is fully erased.
Bill Tracker Pro does not retain any personal data from your account after deletion is complete. We do not keep anonymized analytics tied to your account, and we do not maintain a residual record of your past usage.
Note: encrypted, off-site backups created before your deletion request are overwritten on their normal rotation, which completes within the same 14-day window described below. Records held by third parties (for example, purchase receipts retained by Apple, Google, or Stripe) follow those providers’ own retention policies and are outside our control.
Timeline & Retention
Once we receive your confirmed deletion request, Bill Tracker Pro permanently erases your account and all associated personal data within 14 days.
Day 0 — Request received
You email support@billtrackerpro.com from your registered address. We reply within 2 business days with a verification email.
Account disabled immediately on confirmation
Once you confirm, your account is disabled and you can no longer sign in to Bill Tracker Pro from any device. If you change your mind, contact support right away — we can reverse the request before the 14-day window ends.
Within 14 days — Permanent erasure
All personal data described above is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our production systems and backup rotations. After this point the deletion cannot be undone.
Cancel your subscription separately
If you have an active subscription, deleting your account does not automatically cancel billing managed by Apple, Google Play, or Stripe. To stop future charges, also cancel your subscription in your App Store, Google Play, or web billing account before requesting deletion.
